Domain Analysis Model • Balloted in January and May 2013 • Ballot for Informative currently open until October 7th! • Use cases: • Observed new allergy • New reported intolerance • Allergic reaction to a device • Misattribution of an allergy • Known allergy is resolved • Unable to determine triggering agent • No known history of allergy or intolerances • Allergy and intolerance information not asked • Patient documents allergy in a PHR • Reconciliation of allergy/intolerance list
