Resolution • A Resolution of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District to authorize entering into a 358 day contract with Arbor Tree & Land, Inc., the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, for C-4 Canal Bank Improvements Belen Phase 2, Flood Protection Berm & Wall Project, in an amount of $1,360,250.00, for which $1,110,892.00 in ad valorem funds are budgeted in FY14 Engineering & Construction Bureau's capital improvement program and the remainder is subject to the Governing Board approval of the FY15 budget; providing an effective date.
