New BCTC Website Structure • As highlighted in the Business Practice Presentation on April 4th, 2007, BCTC will be posting information to the BCTC website as required based upon the Negotiated Settlement. • The NE information will be available at http://www.bctc.com/transmission_scheduling/transaction_data/ • The transaction data page will have the following subfolders that will store the relevant information. • Transaction Data • Customer Service • Long-Term • Network Economy • Economic Test Results • Network Economy Utilization • Non-Firm Utilization

  13. NE Reporting • Currently BCTC reports Network Economy Utilization on a weekly basis and this will continue. • The data will be located under: • Transaction Data • Network Economy •  Network Economy Utilization

Non Firm Reporting • As required under Section 8, BCTC will report on all Non-Firm Utilization on a weekly basis and this report will show data for all customers on all paths. • The report will be titled “Non-Firm Utilization Report” • The data will be located under: • Transaction Data • Network Economy •  Non-Firm Utilization

Non-Firm Reporting • As required under Attachment Q, BCTC will report on Hourly and Daily Non-Firm Utilization by non-network customers on a weekly basis and this report will be used in the Utilization Test Results. • The report will be titled “Non-Network Non-Firm Utilization Report” • The data will be located under: • Transaction Data • Network Economy •  Non-Firm Utilization

  24. Implementation Plan The implementation will be staged over three days: May 22-24, 2007 • Day 1 – Go-Live Day (Tues. May 22nd, 2007) • BCTC implements majority of internal system and database changes • BCTC will post Economic Test Results to www.bctc.com at 11:59 PM for May 24

  25. Implementation Plan • Day 2 – Transition Day (Wed. May 23rd, 2007) • BCTC will perform “As-Is” Real-Time operations (i.e. curtailments and scheduling) • All applicable Network Economy reservations assigned as Type 1 • BCTC Pre-Schedule will process transmission for May 24 using Economic Test Results • BCTC will perform the Pre-Schedule NE unused curtailment for May 24 at 5 PM • BCTC will perform the first Real-Time NE unused curtailment at 11:40 PM for May 24 HE 01 • BCTC will post Economic Test Results to www.bctc.com at 11:59 PM for May 25/26 This date acts as a transition day over which the switch from as-is to to-be functionality will occur.

  26. Implementation Plan This date reflects the first day for which all hours and all Network Economy reservations will be actioned under the To-Be business rules. • Day 3 – Effective Day (Thurs. May 24th, 2007) • BCTC will perform hourly Real-Time Network Economy unused curtailments, as required • BCTC will make all Real Time curtailments at xx:40 • BCTC will perform the Pre-Schedule NE unused curtailment for May 25/26 at 5 PM • BCTC will post Economic Test Results to www.bctc.com at 11:59 PM for May 26/27/28

Next Steps • Testing Links • BCTC Test OASIS - http://bctctest.oatioasis.com • BCTC Economic Test Results can be found on the BCTC main page once you login to BCTC Test OASIS. • Note these results are NOT available through www.bctc.com • Testing Times • Testing will start on Monday, May 7th and will be closed end of day on Friday, May 18th • Customers will be able to submit requests to BCTC and have them automatically processed through BCTC Test OASIS • Customers MUST enter “TSSUAT1” in the customer comments in order for requests to be processed. • Customers may use DEMO ETS for submission of eTags. • Customers should use their current ID and Password for both the Test OASIS and DEMO ETS.
