  1. Mini Managers Tool Belt - 2013 • Per today’s business schedules, Teachablemoments-ok.com has just released a subset version of its famous Manager Tool Belt series referred to as “Mini”. This is a part series that packs a punch for today’s manager on the run. • The class titles are “Transitioning to Management”; “Creating Dynamics for Motivation and Teamwork”, “Managing Performance and Giving Feedback” and “Understanding Innovation and Change”. There are four key elements that every manager must comprehend and get a handle on if she/he is going to attempt success! • Each class is 120 planned minutes of instruction, interaction, introspection, and conclude with specific actions plans for the student to leave for his/her improvement. It is supplemented with group discussions, then divided into small teams and then later as an individual to explore the model of compassion, acceptance, responsibility, and empathy. The material comes from a variety of authors including the over 33 years of experience by CEO and Founder Mark Macy of Teachable Moments.
