Thetasks of the HEADMASTER • To providetheappropriateconditions for thetraineeteacher to observethedidactical (usually of thetaughtsubject), educational and otherclassesledatschool, • To assuretaking part indifferenttypes of self-developmnetforms (ie. metodicalconferencess, post-graduatestudies, in-servicetrainings), • To providethemetodical, methodological and otherassistance.

Thetasks of the TRAINEE TEACHER • To acknowledge: theorganisation (theregulations), thetasks and thethefunctioning of theschool, • To observetheclassesled by thetraineecounsellor and/or by otherteachersatschoolatleastonce a month, • To discusstheobservedclasseswiththetraineecounsellor, • To teachwiththepresence of thetraineecounsellor and/ortheheadmasteratleastonce a month, • To participateindifferenttypes of self-developmnetforms(ie. metodicalconferencess, post-graduatestudies, in-servicetrainings).

Thetasks of the TRAINEE COUNSELOR • To help prepareTheSchedule of the Professional Development, • To be presentduringtheFinal Interview, • To paritcipate and discusstheclassesled by thetraineeteacheratleastonce a month, • To teach for and discusstheclasseswiththethetraineeteacheratleastonce a month, • To prepareTheValuation of theTraineeTeacher’s Professional Output, • To support and assisttheteacherwheneverneeded.
