  2. ทุกโรงพยาบาล แบบฟอร์มการลงข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดระดับเครือข่ายโรคหัวใจ (STEMI)

  3. Door to needle time ) ตัวตั้ง หมายถึง จำนวนผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาภายใน 30 นาที ตัวหาร หมายถึง จำนวนผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาทั้งหมด

  4. ตัวตั้ง หมายถึง จำนวนผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาภายใน 12 ชั่วโมง ตัวหาร หมายถึง จำนวนผู้ป้วยSTEMIทั้งหมด

  5. เฉพาะโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่ายเฉพาะโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่าย จำนวนที่รับได้/จำนวนที่ติดต่อทั้งหมด

  6. เฉพาะโรงพยาบาลที่มีการสวนหัวใจเฉพาะโรงพยาบาลที่มีการสวนหัวใจ จำนวนที่ทำ PCI ภายใน 90 นาที/ จำนวนที่ได้รับการทำ PCI ทั้งหมด
