Each of the business areas maintained teams for analyzing and projecting Credit Risk for retail markets. This has traditionally led to inconsistencies in projections and some redundancies in several areas. Teams exist both domestically and in India for each business area. Objective: To improve efficiencies by reducing redundancies in risk focused processes and procedures that exist across business units, while increasing the consistency and reliability of reporting.
