Design Qualities • Through our Shine Time, OSE engages students in their learning using the Design Qualities of Choice, Novelty and Variety, Affiliation, and Authenticity. • Shine Time Power Point
Teacher Collaboration During Shine Time, teachers engage in collaborative conversations that directly impact student learning. Each team meets to discuss ways to increase student engagement and increase learning opportunities for the students. It also gives teachers the chance to build a professional learning community that will drive instruction through the use of Design Qualities and Strategic Design Plan.
