  2. Zdravko Čelar • Rođen je 15. septembra 1917. godine u selu Rašinovcu, kod Bosanskog Petrovca. Posle završetka osnovno i grašanske škole u Bosanskom Petrovcu, upisao se u Trgovačku akademiju u Banjoj Luci, a posle toga na Visoku komercijalnu školu u Zagrebu.
