On a daily basis, and/or within our jobs and professional community? • If you were to really look for possibilities within healthcare, in yourself, your work and/or within Missouri , what things would you choose to see differently? • As you live into “being your best for the world” how would you change and reshape your role within your community? Quick Theme Identification • Brainstorm about your insights, perceptions and thoughts about survey material & capture them on a flip chart. • Once you have finished brainstorming and sharing go through themes on flip chart & organize like themes or thoughts together. • It may be easier to simplify the language of a theme to a three or four word headline. dialogs for business/ roberta@aiconsulting.org

Imagine The Future of Healthcare • Utilizing the SOAR Summary & earlier inquiry consider what the future of healthcare in Missouri & the districts would look like. • If our affiliate & districts were successful beyond your wildest dream what would that look like. Describe in detail your dream. • What new possibilities do you see for your healthcare professionals?
