An enterprising person: • takes the initiative to make things happen • solves problems creatively • manages autonomously • takes responsibility for, and ownership of, projects • sees things through from start to finish • networks effectively to manage interdependence • uses resources creatively and innovatively • uses judgement to take calculated risks • seeks and grasps opportunities.
