QTE Processes and Response Time Current Response Time Target: 24 Hours Objective to optimize: Find an accuracy process when we have QTE falling to communicate to our distributors properly and provide offered price to customer during reasonable period of time Correct Response Time Expectation as below: Accurate information is very important and will help shorten response time.
