  6. Growth Observations • Comfort Keepers Network is Growing Above US Industry Rate of 10-12 % • As Canadian offices mature (2yrs+) taking on US trends • Largest % growth offices deploy BDM and/or meet networking standards

Corporate Store Highlights • Corporate Store Collected Revenue $2.1M (↑ 60%) • 19% Hospital Staffing • Private Pay a slow but steady build • 24 x 7 live answer key to quality • Scheduling & Client Care staff fostering key account relations • Growth through Acquisition - immediate presence in key markets - innovative retirement home linkage

  8. 2008 Network Initiatives • Increase Franchise Support and Communications: - Brought on Wayne Maillet as FBC - Focus on field response time - Introduced CK Connected - 2nd Network Meeting • Participated heavily in US Technology Review (Tuesday topic) • Supported several field government proposal submissions • Focus on Operations Support: - Mileage Best Practices - New Background Screening - On Call tools - Bereavement / gift Waivers - Government Programs
