  1. Drinking Tea Is A Part Of British Culture According to studies made by the Tea and Infusion Organisation in the United Kingdom, individuals living in the country consumes more than sixty billions cup of tea a year. That is an average of nine hundred cups of tea for every woman, man, and child. Whether they take the beverage with lemon, sugar, milk, or just plain, it is obvious that the British folks love their tea. Tea is the second most trendy beverage after water. When people are asked why they love tea so much they always respond with “Why Not?” There is no straight answer and you might have your whys and wherefores for liking a fresh glass of iced tea during the warm summer months of sipping on a hot cup of tea on that chilling winters day. It is no secret that a cup of well-brewed tea is a part of the British way of life. Everywhere you will find folks sipping on a cup, at the poshest hotels in the United Kingdom, during afternoon tea breaks, tea parties, and even gentlemen dressed in a jacket and tie. Nowadays people can enjoy their tea in many different ways and numerous brands are on the market to satisfy regular tea lovers and connoisseur. Many people get confused when it comes down to loose leaf tea and tea bags. Even though they are both derive from the same plant; the taste, class, and longevity of the final outcome are not similar. Loose leaf tea is made from the leaves and buds of plants and has more flavour and taste to ordinary tea bags that consist of only small bits of the leaves. For that reason, many individuals in the UK like to brew their tea made from loose leaves. Not only is the beverage tastier, but healthier too. When considering the fact of how popular tea is amongst folks in the UK, there is a growing curiosity about whether the tea has any significant medical advantages. Many studies have shown that the antioxidants found in tea can be beneficial for your health, but for most consumers, drinking loose tea leaves or using tea bags, is just a soothing beverage that provides warm hands in the winter and an alert mind.

  2. Teas are obtainable in several varieties and favours. In the same way that not all with wines or red wines have the same palate, not all teas taste similar. Just to mention a few: Black tea is the most common type of tea. It is fully oxidised and has a stronger flavour and darker appearance. Green tea is 'unoxidized'. The colour is pale greenish-yellow and tastes grassy and light. White tea is the least processed of all teas. It has a mild flavour and a light colour. Fruit teas or herbal teas are not teas, but blends. This indicates that there is more than just one tea to pick from and something for everyone to enjoy. Drinking tea is a part of British culture. It is sewn into the cultural identity, language, and society and has become an iconic part of being British. Social gatherings are regarded as imperfect without tea and it is drunk daily in nearly all homes in the United Kingdom. Whether you brew loose tea leaves, use a teabag, or add some milk and sugar it is invigorating and refreshing at all times. When you fall in love with tea, it is easy to cut coffee, alcohol, and soda, and replacing it with tea. Tea is a vastly better beverage for the body than any other major drink you could find. Take out the extra sugar and alcohol from your diet, but enjoy the taste and social benefits of tea. What could be better?
