Terms and conditions On enrollment, the trainee will be asked to give 3 preferred time slots. We would try our best to assign a batch at the most preferred time. The allocation of a trainer for a batch would be done by the company baded on the avilabilty and qualification of the trainer. While trainee,s can give their preference, we do not assure that the same trainer will be assigned for classes. The company is authorised to cancel/dissolve an ongoing batch in case of poor attendance of the trainees. A new batch will be assigned once formed in compensation for the cancelled batch. The company can delay a start date of proposed batch depending on the number of enrollments The sessions will be conducted throuh Multibhashi web application. he trainee can see and log in to the sessions using this platform. Any requests for conducting sessions on alternate platforms will not be entained. The session duration will be decided based on the batch strength. Premium batches with less than 5 and more than 2 trainees would be 30 minutes in duration. The study material provided by the company is online and cannot be downloaded or printed. However, on request, we can recommend third-party books and other practice materials that can be bought online. If a trainee discontinues an ongoing batch due to any reasons, he/she should drop a mail to us informing he would want a new batch to be assigned. Although we will try our best to assign a batch, however, it will not be the company's obligation to do so. The users should strictly refrain from sharing personal details or payment-related details with the trainers/other users. If the user is found in breach of this rule, the company is authorized to discontinue the student. If a trainer joins the class late and the trainees continue with the class then the trainer will either extend the class timing for the same class or will devote extra time in subsequent classes. www.bblanguages.com
