Agri-Screen Procedures for Ruminant M&B Meal • Weigh 10 grams Sample in Mason Type Jar • Add 100 ml Extraction Solution • Place in Boiling Water Bath for 10 Minutes • Remove Mason Jar from Water Bath • Prepare Sample Tubes and Transfer 0.5 ml of Extract to a Tube (Use different pipette for each sample) • Place Sample Strip into each Sample Tube • Develop for 10 Minutes and Read Results
