Clothes Drive for the Homeless Neighbors Sun., November 13 – Fri., NOVEMBER 18 If we care for them as to feed them, why not clothes them for the cold winter? • Beneficiaries:Our homeless neighbors & ourselves as good stewards • When & How: Bring clothes to TUC Lobby in boxes or inbags between Saturday, 11/5 and 5:00 p.m., Friday, 11/19 • What to Give: Clean warm clothes for wearing outside. See the list below. • What Else: Your time for sorting clothes in the Church Lobby at 10:00 a.m. any day during the Drive and, especially, on Saurday, 11/19, any time from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for final sorting and distribution to the homeless at the Church. Direct your inquiries to Noriko Sakoh (norikosakoh@gmail.com), Ayumi Maeda (ayumy.m@ gmail.com) forcontacting Lynda via email. • ONLY the Following Items, Please! • Sweaters • Outer coats/outer jackets • Regular jackets • Trousers/pants • Fleeces/sweat shirts, sweat suits • Warm shirts • Scarves, gloves, warm socks • Blankets & sleeping bags • Towels • Shoes (only Size 24 - 26 cm, please ) • Keep in mind that the recipients are medium-sized Japanese men and a few women. No oversized items, please. All items should be clean and in good condition.
