Education • Sachchar Committee report findings to be implemented in true and letter spirit. • School Education- Building of infrastructure in 120 Minority Concentrated District & 700 Minority Concentrated blocks under state/PPP scheme- 1000 model schools to be established • Promotion of Urdu language through Urdu medium schools, teachers etc.

Education • Equal value to Madrassa Education- certificate equivalent & eligibility for main stream education • Opportunity to continue education & reduce drop out through scholarship & Grants • Higher Education- Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) to be improved by scholar ships, hostels, loans, establishing coaching centre for competitive exams. • Promote Madrassas with grant to establish Main stream education

Socio Economic Empowerment • Waqf Properties to be developed • RanganathMishra Commission recommendations to be implemented-Reservation for jobs & education • Affirmative action • Equal opportunity Commission to be implemented. • Bank credit on special discounted rate to the community & easily accessible. • Cooperative societies especially for Artisans welfare. • Increase of Branches of Banks in 700 MCB

  12. Cultural Empowerment • Promotion of Urdu Language & heritage. • Personal Law empowerment: women inheritance, marriages, divorce etc. • Waqf properties protection. • Archeology Dept-release of religious structure.

Political Empowerment • Article 341- scrap/modified • Article29, 30- Rules & regulations, Guidelines to be prepared- For uninterrupted functioning of educational institutions etc. • Delimitation of reserved constituencies- SC, Ladies Etc. • Reservation from the gram sabha unit level ( self governance)
