  1. Creating WordsGAP for WEF-Palestine 29th October 2010Phases of the making of the stopmotion on Mahmoud Darwish’s poem: «Identity»

  2. I- PREPARATION • Contextualize children with History • Talk about law/rights/fundamental Texts • Translation of the poem into Portuguese • Listen to the poem • Various and several readings of the poem

  3. II- MATERIAL • Large piece of paper on the floor for a collective drawing • Pencils, water colours, pens, ink, markers,tissue, recipient for water and mixing colours, pastels • Camera, computer/sound/printer

  4. III- GETTING READY • Cut out the drawings • Take pictures or digitalize the cut out drawings • Reduce the size of images using a software(1) • Cut out images using a software (2) • See some images

  5. IV- STOPMOTION Using a software, for example:Flash, Gimp, VirtualDub - title frame • insert the sound track • Insert images according to sound track • Information frame
