Improvement of CCR • SMS can be sent to called party having mobile, if his PSTN is NR or Busy. • Subscriber activate call transfer to voice mail • Voice Mail system will send SMS to a pre-defined mobile number • Call forwarding charge should be waived from the “B” number • Call forwarding on “No Reply” should be given by default
