Lead Program Description • We have two programs • Full lead program • Leads provided at no cost to agents • Reduced Commission schedule • Street level lead program • Agents are paid full street level compensation • Agents are paid directly by the carrier for initial comp and all renewal comp • Agents paid for leads at agency discounted cost

Lead Program Description • Hospital Indemnity Leads • Pre- Qualified leads interested in Hospital Indemnity plan • Leads are called in the AM and information is verified and confirmed that they want a call from an agent • Agent calls to schedule the meeting • Agent must fully understand the GTL Hosp Indemnity plan • Agent must be contracted to sell Medicare Supplement and Advantage plans • Must be contracted with GTL and United Medicare through Crowe & Associates

  4. Lead Program Description • Training • We will provide full training on all aspects of the GTL Hospital Indemnity plan and how it interacts with Medicare Advantage plans • We will provide training on Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans

Lead Program Description • Lead Program Compensation • No lead cost to agents • Medicare Advantage Sales=$200 per enrollee (all states) • Medicare Supplement sales are $120 per enrollee in all states • A $200 Renewal is paid on Medicare Advantage Plans and $120 renewal on Supplements • All sales are $200 comp for those on the lead program • Agents that are not able to close sales or choose to go off the lead system will be put on a street level contract

  6. Lead Program Description • Street Level Contract • All contracts pay direct to agents at street level compensation • Agents will need to pay for leads- we will set up leads for agents at our agency cost

  7. Lead Program Description • Medicare Carriers • United/AARP • BCBS • Aetna • Touchstone (NY only) • Universal Health (Florida only) • Mutual of Omaha • Gerber

  8. Lead Program Description • Requirements • Must have an active Life and Health license for the state(s) you will write business in • Some carriers will require that you have AHIP in order to write business with them. (BCBS, AETNA, TOUCHSTONE) • Some carriers will require that you have Errors and Omissions Insurance (United/AARP) and many final expense carriers • Must have a GTL (Hosp Indemnity) contract with Crowe & Associates • Must be contracted with United Healthcare Medicare through Crowe & Associates
