Encourages cooperation and common participation

Createsa sence of responsibility and sensitivity towards their own and other’s needs
Implementing the model on state level
Achieving a higher level of democratization in the work of the school
goal 1. Democratization of teaching process- appropriately informed students- opportunities for expressing student’s views- involvment/ Participation in making decisions
goal 2. Creating climate of nonviolent school - making a team of teachers and students- promoting the activities through a website- experience exchange with partner school
