Proposed Street Improvements: Pullman Avenue • Complete Street Reconstruction • 2nd Street to 3rd Street: 36’ wide • 3rd Street to 6th Street: 44’ wide • Concrete Curb and Gutter • 2nd Street to 3rd Street: install new • 3rd Street to 6th Street: remove and replace • Concrete Sidewalk • 3rd Street to 6th Streeton north side

Proposed Utility Improvements • Sanitary Sewer Improvements • Pullman Avenue between 2nd Street and 6th Street • Upgrade existing facilities to accommodate trunk sanitary sewer • Water Main Improvements • Pullman Avenue between 3rd Street and 6th Street • Maintenance records indicate numerous breaks • Frequency of breaks typically increases in cast iron pipe (CIP) water main more than 40 years in age • Storm Sewer Improvements • Pullman Avenue • Replace as necessary to install sanitary sewer and water main • 3rd Street • Standing water/icing in street • Accelerated pavement deterioration • Road patching as necessary to install storm sewer
