  1. Venous Closure and Venous Stasis Wound Case Study

  2. 75 yo with h/o HTN and CHF. Referred for bilateral claudication and chronic venous stasis ulcer x 3 years.

  3. Procedures • 4/14- Left SFA PTA/Stent and left Popliteal Artery PTA • 4/28- Right SFA PTA/Stent and Right Popliteal Artery PTA • 6/8- Endovenous Radiofrequency Ablation of the left greater saphenous vein of the lower extremity.

  4. Pre Ablation

  5. Patient sent home with silver dressing for 1 week and then q day wet to dry dressings for 1 week

  6. 14 days post venous ablation

  7. Pre- Debridement

  8. Post Debridement

  9. Application

  10. Application

  11. 1 week post application
