  2. What We Learned • Workshops • Not to Neglect • Neglect means failure to care for properly, or abandon. • Abuse • Can lead to having your baby removed/ Jail • How to wrap • How to change diapers • How to carry the baby correctly

  3. What We Learned • Bookwork/ Worksheets The Bookwork and Worksheets helped me and my partner learn more about taking care of babies and how illnesses can be more affective on little children even if its not that serious in adults. We also learned how much baby food/ diapers and other baby supplies cost.

  4. The Cold • What we found out: • Baby’s immune system needs time to conquer the cold. The cold should resolve with in about a week. • Symptoms • If younger than 2-3 months, call a doctor early in the illness. • For newborns a common cold can quickly develop into croup, pneumonia or any other serious illness.

  5. Our Experience With Santiago • Pro’s Con’s • Being partnered with Evelyn Waking up 4 times at night • Caring the Baby Around Having the Baby while having to deal with school work • Teaches you responsibility Lack of sleep • Forces you to take charge Super expensive Have to worry about the baby before yourself
