  1. ICAA BASKETBALL PROGRAM 2012-2013 Welcome back to another season of exciting ICAA basketball! This brochure describes our programs and registration process. As always, all programs are open to boys and girls. If you have additional questions please e-mail them to icaa@theimmaculate.org. Please note that specific days and dates may change due to facility availability Grades Pre-K– 2nd (age 5 by 12-31-12): We expect our clinic program to take place every Saturday from January 5th through February 23rd. Registrations will be accepted through January 1st, but we will be better able to accommodate your child if we receive their registration materials before December 1st. Specifics on time and location will be sent out in early January. Coaches and assistants are vital to the success of this program. Even if you don’t have experience coaching basketball, this is a great place for kids and parents to learn the game together! Grade 3: We expect our 3rd grade program to start with Wednesday night practices in early December, and add games with teams from ICAA and other area Parishes every Sunday afternoon from January 6th through February 24rd. Registration is open through December 1st. The primary objectives of this program are to give children the skills and Christian attitude necessary for CYO basketball competition in grades 4 through 8. Coaches and league coordinators are needed to make this all happen smoothly! Grades 4 – 8:Our CYO basketball program promotes good sportsmanship and basketball skills in a framework of Catholic values. Weeknight practices begin in early November, with league games, held at Archdiocesan schools, starting in December, and running through the end of February. League champions are eligible to play in the CYO tournament in March. Registrations must be received by October 15th to meet CYO deadlines. Coaches, assistants, team parents and program administrators are needed to keep the ball bouncing!
