INTRODUCTION • Specialized training course for professionals who supervise persons with disabilities in artistic activities and in the capacity of accompany towards professionalization processes in the crafts and culture, will be build from the contributions obtained by the CLAP HANDS project intellectual productions O2, O3, O4, for the following professionals: • Specialists in initial training • Social workers in continuing education • Professionals/coach / supervisor of people with disabilities • Associated artistic teams • Trainers supervising activities training in the training of social workers • Trainers (from the sector of protected work, art and culture) • Managers • Responsible for the animation of the disability sector • Coordinators of artistic production and supervisor health an social care. • Professional Artist CLAP HANDS: 2017-1-FR01-KA202--037386

OBJECTIVES • This training can be applied both in the initial training by integrating as an option in the regulatory programs (with an equivalent of ECVET) as in continuing education (skills approach) • We expect the trainees acquire knowledge : • Relating to social competencies • 2. Relating to the skills of the artistic professions • Relating to the specificity of people with disabilities knowing that these situations are • very diverse and therefore require very diverse responses. IRTS • The evaluations collected show an interest in the work proposals; the variety of types of intervention and support. • They perceive the added value of access to artistic and cultural professions. Sweden: Folkuniversitetet Attendants: 15 professionals working with persons with disabilities in Uppsala Municipality. • The general impression of the participants were positive. • They claimed that subjects of inclusion and the artistic activities are very much important when working artistically with persons with disabilities. • Some wished that the course could be run on a longer period of time. Portuguese Attendants: 30 students from different courses and 2 teachers (the director of the Social Education degree and the Inclusion Policies master course director ) The feedback was extremely positive, with allmost the participants saying in the final course evaluation form that they acquired new skills during the training session, and, most importantly, that the practical sessions changed their view of the work that should be done with disable people.
