通话历史纪录 & 可视化语音信箱:点击来查看呼叫事件和语音留言。按钮旁边的数字标示了未接来电和新的语音留言的数量。如果你有新的语音留言,该按键会变成红色。

  • Application Dial Rules and Directory Lookup Rules are both required

  • Application Dial Rules modify the dial string on outbound calls to conform to the route plan in place on CUCM

    Any number dialled by a user (not routable as-is) must have an ADR to resolve the number to the route plan

    E.g. If it is required that users be allowed to dial 4-digit extension numbers and CUCM is not configured for 4-digit dialling, then an ADR must be defined to resolve that 4-digit number to a number recognizable by the CUCM route plan

  • Directory Lookup Rules are used to translate numbers received in CUCM signalling for inbound calls to a number that can be resolved in contact store

    For example, if CUCM reports a call from 89023044, then that number needs to be transformed into +14089023044 as stored in RTX Server per the E.164 requirement noted earlier

  • Basic Client troubleshooting for Dial Rules:

    The CSF Core log will contain information on the translated numbers via the Dial Rules applied (if any). This is the first place to look when investigating potential dialing number related issues.

    Ensure files were downloaded via TFTP to the client

    Verify the numbers were translated to CUCM routable numbers

    For further log troubleshooting information refer to the “Troubleshooting” section of the TOI.

  • Strong recommendation – synchronize User Id’s between AD and CUCM

    Alternative – manual synchronization of User Id’s

    Requires the CUCM administrator create a CUCM User with the same User Id as the AD User Id

    CUCM Users should be assigned identical passwords as the corresponding AD user

  • User Id’s for CUCM and AD must be in the same CASE.

    This allows CUCM to integrate with AD and build its user database from the same data source in which Windows users are defined.

    This allows CUCM to proxy any authentication request to the AD source for authentication and means that Windows and CUCM users are all authenticated by the same source

  • CUCM Configuration

    Device config

    The Services Client Framework device type is always video-enabled.

    IP Phones need to be explicitly video enabled.

    Only SCCP (Skinny) IP phones support video with CSF.

    ‘PC port’ and ‘video capabilities’ must be enabled for IP phones.

    IP phone must be ‘tethered’ to the controlling PC via Ethernet cable in order for video to function (just like with CUVA/VT Advantage client)

    User Config

    Users must be a member of ‘Standard CTI Enabled’ group to control desk phones.

    CSF device and controlled IP phones must be configured as ‘Controlled Devices’ under ‘Device Association’

  • CUCM Configuration for Ad-hoc video conferencing

    Configuration for CSF is no different from any other phone device.

    You must have a Conference bridge configured.

    You must have a Media Resource Group and Media Resource Group List configured.

    Optionally, for ad-hoc conferencing, you can change the ‘Minimum Video Capable Participants To Allocate Video Conference’ in System->Service Parameters->Call Manager. Note that when an ad-hoc conference is initiated, it will either use an audio bridge or a video bridge based on this setting. Once the conference has been started, it will continue to use the same bridge. So if it starts as audio it will always be audio-only.

    You must configure devices to use the appropriate Media Resource Group List.

    • Integrate with the same directory source as the peer CUCM system whenever you can. Otherwise keep in mind:

      • Keeping the subscriber userId consistent across Directory and domains solves a lot of contact matching limitations.

      • Consider importing users/subscribers from the telephony integration (CUCM) as much as you can for the same reasons.

  • CUCM secure mode

    • Certificate Trust Lists are used to verify the CUCM servers that a client connects to.

    • The CTL file contains certificates for all of the Cisco backend servers for which CSF may need to communicate securely

    • CSF will not allow the creation of secure connections to any server not explicitly listed in the Trust list.

    • Note that the CTL file needs to be manually deleted when moving clients from one environment to another

    • If CSF is not running in secure mode, you can move from one environment to another by simply changing your registry settings and restarting CSF.

  • The CTL file is at

    • XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Cisco\Unified Communications\Cucrtx\Security\sec\CTLFile.tlv

    • Vista/Win7: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Cucrtx\Security\sec\CTLFile.tlv

  • Certificate Verification

    • Once the CTL file has been downloaded, CSF will communicate with the Cisco Authority Proxy Function (CAPF) to generate an X.509-formatted Locally Significant Certificate (LSC) using a shared secret. 

      • This “authorization string” will have been given to the user by some secure, out-of-band process which is not handled by CSF. 

        • Example of out-of-band process would be delivering the string via email.

    • Once this LSC has been generated locally, it will be used to establish TLS connections with Cisco backend servers when secure connections are required.

  • Encryption

    • Signaling and media may be encrypted once trust is established

      • TLS connections for SIP signaling

      • SRTP for media packets.

    • Note: This is controlled by SIP security profile on the CUCM.
