HESR design driven by the requirements of PANDA:

Antiprotons with 1.5 GeV/c ≤ p ≤ 15 GeV/c

High luminosity: 2·1032 cm-2s-1

Thick targets: 4·1015 cm-2

High momentum resolution: Δp/p ≤ 4·10-5

Phase space cooling

Long beam life time: >30 min

Currentlyour electronic andmechanicalworkshopsarefullybooked, howeverweare happy todiscussworkpackagesthatmatchthe time schedules, as well asothercontributionsthatrequireotherresources.
