(100% Govt. of India undertaking) is having huge infrastructure of Office Buildings, Workshops, Warehouses, Cranes, Heavy Engineering Machineries, Godowns, Stores, Readymade Office Setups and Open space at its various units at Byculla (Mumbai), Mulund (Mumbai), Hingna (Nagpur) and Ambattur (Chennai) with security, parking and electricity arrangement. Exhibitions, Trade Promotions/Fairs, Events, Conventions, Seminars, Functions, Marriage functions, Parties, Film Shootings, TV Serials, Reality Shows, Promotions, Advertisements, Photo Shoots, etc. can be peacefully carried out in a totally secured premises. R&C locations are most conveniently located for Shootings, Functions and visitors. Licence fee (Byculla/Mulund) for Film Shooting, Advertisement, TV Promotion, Exhibition, Event, Function, etc.: Rs 2 Lacs/Day. 50% discount will be given for Chennai and Nagpur premises. • TV Serial-50% discount, Still Photo Shoots-75% discount, No discount for TV Serial Promotion. • Marriage: Rs 2 Lacs for 3 days (One day Setting, One day Function, One day Unsetting): Byculla Corporate or Byculla Factory or Mulund Factory Open Area or Mulund Factory Covered Area. • 50% discount will be given for set preparation (setting), set removal (unsetting) days and off days. • Service Tax @ 12.36% will be charged on the Licence Fee. • Client is allowed to hire any decorator, caterer or generator without any royalty charges. • Refundable security Deposit @ 25% of total Licence Fee to be paid at the time of booking. • 25% of licence fee will be charged in case of change in booking dates subject to availability.
Licence fee will be charged from the time first vehicle of Client enters in R&C premises with event/shooting material till the time last vehicle leaves with material and booked area is handed back to R&C after removing all the event/shooting material, garbage and cleaning of the area. • Unsetting for one day will be charged if all the client material is not removed by 12 midnight. • Additional Security deposit of Rs 5 Lacs to be deposited for any fire or major action shooting. • Full Licence Fee and Security Deposit has to be deposited atleast 2 day before the date of the shooting/function/exhibition failing which R&C has a right to cancel the booking, forfeit security deposit and allot the premises to any other Client. • No refund will be made if shooting/function/exhibition is cancelled due to any reason whatsoever, e.g., rain, flood, storm, riot, strike, fire, accident, death, not getting approval, etc.
In case of non-cleaning of garbage, left-over food, packing or shooting/function material by Client, 50% of licence fee/day plus cost of removing such material will be charged. • Security deposit will be refunded only after obtaining No Dues Certificate from Admin. Dept. and submitting TDS certificate/letter if TDS is deducted and payment of Electricity and other charges. • Use of Overhead crane with crane operator will be charged @ Rs 5000 per day. • Payment: DD/Bankers Cheque in favour of Richardson & Cruddas (1972) Ltd. or thru RTGS in SBI, Byculla, Mumbai A/c No.: 32517946635, IFSC Code: SBIN0000343, R&C PAN No.: AAACR5670A. • Client will be responsible for all statutory approvals like Police, Traffic, Fire, Labour, BMC, Music, Sound permission, Excise, etc. R&C will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any breach of any law or rules framed by any statutory or Municipal Authority or event stopped by them.
Any penalty levied by authorities on R&C due to any breach of any law will be recovered from the Client. Copies of all approvals must be submitted atleast before 6 hours from start of the event. • Client will be responsible for any accident, theft, fire, injury of its workers and make proper safety/security/medical emergency arrangement and fire/accident/medical insurance of its workers. • Client will be responsible for any damage/theft of R&C property during the booking period. • R&C will not be responsible for any damage/theft of the equipments/goods of the Client. • R&C facilities are offered on "As is Where is" and “Caveat Emptor” basis only. R&C will not be responsible if Client is not able to carry out Shooting/Function for any reason whatsoever. • Electricity/Generator can be arranged by the Client. R&C can provide electricity upto 1000 KVA @ Rs. 25/unit (Electricity rate+M&R expense, infrastructure cost, transmission loss, man power cost.)
Parking will be allowed only in the booked area. Parking in non-booked area will be charged per day. (2 Wheeler: Rs 50, 4 Wheeler: Rs 100, Above 4 Wheeler: Rs 500, Trailer: Rs 1000) • In case of delay in settlement of final bill, interest @ 18% p.a. will be charged.
