Building Blocks for Babies are fun activities that adults and young children can do together.  Designed around the Key Learning Areas in Pennsylvania’s Learning Standards for Early Childhood, Build Blocks for Babies offer simple at-home experiences that build infants’ and toddlers’ learning in the areas of social, emotional, physical and academic development

Think-Pair-Pod-Share –

A “Pod” is a sharing with a small group (a table group) – prior to sharing with the whole group. Participants first share with a partner. Then bring all thoughts together as a table (pod) prior to sharing out with whole group.

  • Four levels of activities are included: infant,

  • toddler, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten

  • Activities are aligned to PA Learning Standards

  • About Me Book – each month describes a page for “ME BOOK” activities.

  • Parents can bind the pages together to create a memory book keepsake
