Way ForwardCross-cutting • Encourage local energy plan formulation targeted initially to identify, promote and use RE and energy efficient technologies and practices at LGU level • Expand and extend power grids for wider coverage of services and energy security • Advocate land use classification for energy projects • Encourage portfolio on energy among local banks and financial institutions • Identify technical and financial performance for all energy players e.g. power generators, ECs, utilities, NGCP, major consumers, service contractors (for oil, natgas, coal and RE), industries registering for incentives, etc.
