  2. Each user is given access based on their needs.When you “Log In” you will be given access only to what you need to. Troop users will have access to their troop or troops’ information. You can use one email for all troops you are affiliated with. New default password for everyone! 827Samoas!! (Yes with the !!)

  3. UsersChange password, answer security questions and enter personal information

  4. Answer your security questions and you will be able to reset your password here. Then you can return to login page with new password

  5. Navigating the System Entry Form Tabs Navigation Tree Navigation Tree – If you are responsible for multiple troops the system will display the troop numbers. Otherwise, you will not see a navigation tree Entry Form Tabs – Tabs are selected for you to perform the actions needed. The tabs display forms for troops are different than for the service unit

  6. DashboardTroop Messages, Calendar, Checklist and Booth Sites Troop Checklist checks off items includes council specific items Messages from your council and/or service unit/neighborhood Calendar includes council-specific dates Upcoming Booth Sales will show all future booth sites the troop has signed up for.

  7. Troop Contact Information You can edit your information and also change your password by entering in your current password and your new password. You can also change the answers to your security questions.

  8. Troop Information is entered by the Service Unit or CouncilUpdating can be done by troop Council can grey/mask out the following entry fields – girls selling and registered; banking information, opt out option and previous year’s data points

  9. Entering Girl Information GSUSA Id, Grade, Cookie Club Login, Shirt Size, Sales Goal are optional.

  10. Entering Troop’s Cookie OrderEntering by Girl Click the Girl Name and Double Click at the bottom of the screen to enter girl order

  11. Troop Girl Initial Orders Save – Save worksheet and continue adding information Submit Order – Submit order to service unit. CANNOT make changes once this is done.

  12. Delivery Information Delivery location can include name, date and time range. You may be required to select a location and at a later date select your time slot.
