Project Chosen • The Project « Accueil des Admissibles » • When the candidates who passed the written entry tests come to the school for the oral tests, they are welcomed by a team of school students. • As the manager of the team, I’m leading a half-course meeting with the 6 pole leaders: welcoming, lodging, feeding, driving, animating & phoning.

  3. Opening the meeting: the T.O.P. method • TOPIC: • Half-course assessment • It worked well (cheers!), but there were a few malfunctions still • Time: 1 hour • OBJECTIVES: • Identify the malfunctions • Propose corrective actions • Implement them

Problems explanation (10 minutes) • The cars keys • Forgotten-at-the-station person • The interpersonalproblems • Other problems you have detected? • 2. Discussion (30 minutes) • How to solve these problems • Who wants to lead each corrective action? • 3. Define the schedule together (10 minutes)

  5. The expectations: • At the end of the meeting: • Have all problems solved • Have a responsible for each action taken • After the meeting: • Coffee!
