1. Welcome to the July edition of Hairs & Graces newsletter. Inside you will find the latest news about the salon and our stylists. It will also update you on the latest tips and trends to keep your hair looking and feeling beautiful. There are always new products being introduced to the salon so we can inform and educate our guests into maintaining their personal style at home. BRAND NEW! Clynol's Luminous Oil Range. We are a team of 9 which cover all aspects of hairdressing to give the best salon experience. Our passion for hairdressing enable us to give the best possible service and friendly atmosphere to our ever growing, exciting salon. We are very pleased to announce that Hannah has officially completed her advanced hairdressing NVQ Level 3 course! We are extremely proud.
2. We are very proud to be part of the Clynol family. As a salon we were invited along to the Clynol Business and Creative Awards 2013! It was at Alton Towers where there was a glamorous presentation, 3 course meal and after party! We stayed the night in the Alton Towers hotel and the following day consisted of a team building exercise (where we came second place!!) and full access to the park. It was a great experience for all the stylists to attend to carry on improving our skills and bonding even more as a salon. It was also great to see an insight into some very talented hairdressers. 3. Here Comes The Bride… Wedding season is officially here… Planning your wedding can be very stressful! Well we are here to help and give you the perfect hair for your big day! The package includes a consultation with one of our professionals to discuss ideas. You will then have a trial which is normally a couple of weeks before the wedding to have a practice of the hairstyle and add any accessories. This is the perfect time to alter anything about your look. Once you are completely satisfied you are then ready for your big day! This means the day of the wedding can be relaxing and enjoyable! Feel free to book in any bridesmaids or guests too. No time to come to the salon on the day? We can come to you! There will be a call out fee depending on the distance. We can also arrange make-up to be done as well. We require a 50% deposit upfront for any bridal package. Its summer time, so that means extra protect and care for your hair. 4. seasons… We have another salon competition on its way in August! The competition will be for each stylist to create a complete look based on the theme ‘seasons’. The main focus is of course the hair, so it needs to be something unique and on trend with an Avant Garde twist. But to achieve a full look the make up and clothing needs to be considered. There will be photo’s taken so look out for the announcement of our winner and all the photo’s on our website, Facebook, Twitter and upcoming newsletters. It’s a fun-filled day and gives the stylists the opportunity to really let their creative side come out! They are all bursting with brilliant ideas and planning their look. The school holidays are finally here! Whether your going away as a family or spending the holidays at home why not give your child a special treat. We can tidy their hair up so they keep cool and looking smart throughout the summer. Prices start from just £5! Complete with a lolly at the end. Bring your child for their first hair cut and receive a certificate as a lovely memory! Or why not treat your child to a hair feather! Available in a range of vibrant colours perfect for children. They are attached to the hair with a small bond and last up to two months. No glue, no damage, no fuss! Feathers are £3.50 each of two for £6
