Objectives of Working Group • “To bring together the work of the different National Governments, using EHTEL to share experiences, and to try to foster harmonisation across Europe and encourage industry” • Members interests have co-incided on a range of issues notably Health Care Telematics Strategies in Europe and Standardisation plus a range of related Health Care informatics interests

  4. Achievements of Working Group • Regular meeting programme • Presentation on range of issues of interest to members • Sharing of expertise • Support of members in DG Sanco and DG Infso Working Groups • Co-operation with T1 on standards research • Development of telematics strategy documentation
