  3. Members • Any organisation which provide services to people with learning disabilities in Aberdeenshire. • Interested in joining? Please leave contact details at the Forums stand. • Some of the current members are:

  4. VIP’s!! From time to time the Forum invites very important people to the Forum’s. Some of these have included: • Senior Learning Disabilities Manager • Clinical Psychologists • Care Inspectorate Officers • Adult Support and Protection experts • PAMIS • Local Government Officers • MSP’s

  5. Facilitation The Forum is expertly facilitated by Jackie Taylor Her role is: • Organising meetings • Inviting guests • Minutes • Developing a work plan • Sharing information and guidance • Maintaining membership contacts • Promotion

  6. Chairperson The role of the Chairperson is to: • Chair Forum meetings. • Set the agenda. • Anyone may be chairperson for up to 3 years.

  7. Sub-Groups & Committees Sub-groups are set up to review how the work plan is achieved. Forum members can feedback on the work of external committees/work groups. Other external committees are: • Learning Disability Outcomes Group • Learning Disability Accommodation Group • Adult Protection Committee • Challenging behaviour • Involvement group • Learning Disability Conference • Social Inclusion • Transition • Service self evaluation/analysis
