  1. Waste Water Treatment Plant Process....

  2. The major aim of wastewater treatment is to remove as much of the suspended solids as possible before the remaining water, called effluent, is discharged back to the environment. Waste Water Treatment

  3. To Manage Water Discharged from homes, business, and industries to reduse the threat of water pollution. Waste Water Treatment Purpose

  4. A strarting process that is performed to prepare the wastewater for the rest of the treatment process, were effluent enters, It has 2 unit Screening, and Grit Chamber. Preliminary Treatment

  5. The waste water first inters in screening process where screens are uses for screening the large and floating bodies it can be organic or inorganic. eg:- plastic, bottle, etc. Screening

  6. Grit chamber work on the principles of the sediments process • It removes inorganic materials also known as grit. • eg:- sand, clay, stones etc. • All the effluent are filtered and settled down in grit chambers which don’t allow to pass grits through them. Grit Chamber

  7. In primary there is 1 unit or process that is primary sedimentation tank it is also known as clarifier. • The work of PST (Primary Sedimentation Tank) is sedimentation that is whatever suspended solids it can be organic or inorganic. Primary Treatment

  8. In Secondary treatment, we add air to aeration tank to foster a healthy environment for oxygen-loving microorganisms that are naturally present in the sewage. it havce 2 unit Biological reactor and Secondary Sedimentation tank. Secondary Treatment

  9. Biological Reactor

  10. Secondary Sedimentation Treatment

  11. Tertiary treatment involves disinfection, add sodium hypochlorite, the same chemical found in household bleach, to disinfect waste water and remove any remaining disease -causing microorganisms. We then release the treated wastewater or effluent as clean water into local waterways. Teritory Treatment

  12. We thicken the sludge that we collected during primary and secondary treatment to further separate out water from the solid material. We place the thickened sludge into tanks called digesters, which maintain a low-oxygen environment heated to about 98°F. Sludge
