  1. Reinvention Guiding clients through the passage stage of their transition, with a combination ofPossibilities, Intentionand Patience.

  2. Personal Reinvention Why Because evolution wants to happen individually, and well as collectively. The nature of life is to change and seek greater happiness, purpose and connection. Inertia is temporary. What The process of allowing your interior knowing to lead the way while using the exterior facts to set safe boundaries. When Any time your inner directional system starts to shift or recalibrate. Frequently occurs as a result of a life changing event between the time that what was ends and what will be takes shape. How A combination of awareness, exploration, discovery, testing, pacing and most of all, time.

  3. Living Your Bliss List I want to travel and enjoy nature. My ‘Whys’ What is the story behind the goal or desire? It is important to me because… Once achieved I think I will feel… Why is that feeling important? How will I feel if I have it? How will I feel if I don’t? What else has given me a similar feeling? Who else is involved? Why?

  4. Living Your Bliss List My ‘What’ Describe the goal: Nonnegotiable aspects: Negotiable aspects: Are there alternative possibilities?

  5. Living Your Bliss List My ‘How’ When? How much? Resources needed: Compromises: Is there anyone else who needs to be involved / how will that happen?

  6. Discover The Elements Of The New Story Seven Step Personal Reinvention Keep a on-going list of the elements of your new story. Add to the list on a regular base and spontaneously as ideas come up. When you find repeating themes, take a few minutes to think about the feeling you are going for and see if you can find new details to add to the list. Collect and keep photos, website links, maps, articles and inspiring stories that connect you to the story you are building. Return to the Bliss List now and then just to see what else may come up. Write a letter, not to send, but as an exercise, to someone telling how your new story is being lived. Outline - add, delete and revise your story as you go along. Test drive the story. If the new story was happening now, what would I be feeling? What would I be doing? What would I want to do? Who would be with me? What would they be doing?

  7. Your Bliss List Your Bliss List is a list of those things that—in a perfect world—you would have or do for yourself, your family and others. Make your list as though you had unlimited resources of time, money and energy. Think about what would make you happy, fulfilled and excited about getting out of bed in the morning. Use your heart and pay attention to your feelings as you go through this exercise. Don’t worry about when and how much it will cost - just start writing.

  8. Tell Your New Story What if…… you had the ability to actually create the next stage of life by writing it down like a chapter in a book? What if everything you wrote in this chapter happened just the way you imagined…for real! Try to think ahead a few years and write as though you are telling someone your story of how your life is at that point in time. Where would you be? Who would you be with? How would you spend your days? What’s your normal routine? What would make you feel pleased and proud of yourself?

  9. Anything ̴ Not Everything If you could do anything, but not everything, what would be at the top of your list? Review your Bliss List and your New Story. Begin your top priority list here, adding dates and costs when you can.
