  3. Remove Battery 1、Turn the notebook over. 2、Unlock and hold the latch, and remove the battery.

  4. Remove HDD Module M2.5*3 M2.5*2.3 Remove screws and take the HDD away.

  5. Remove Memory Module M2.5*2.3 Remove 2 screws, disassemble RAM door. Pull two latches and pop the Memory module up to the 45°angles, and then pulling out the module in that angle.

  6. Remove 3G Module M2.0*3 Remove 2 screws, pull out the CONN then fetch 3G module

  7. Remove Wireless LAN Module M2.0*3 Pull out the CONN, Remove 2 screws then fetch wireless LAN module

  8. Remove Keyboard Module M2.5*6 1. Remove 2 screws

  9. Remove Keyboard Module Push aside the hook 2. Disassemble strip cover and pull out K/B FFC CONN then fetch keyboard

  10. Remove LCD Module 1. Pull out camera and LVDS cable CONN into M/B side CONN, disassemble camera ,LVDS cable and wireless, 3G cable

  11. Remove LCD Module M2.5*6 M2.5*6 2. Remove 2pcs screw which lock hinge and base, then remove the LCD Module

  12. Remove Top Case Module M2.5*6 M2*3 1. Turn the netbook over, remove all screws

  13. Remove Top Case Module 2. Disconnect B/T Module FFC, speaker cable ,touchpad FPC from M/B side CONN. Remove screw, disassemble power board

  14. Remove Top Case Module M2.5*6 3. Remove 1 screw, disassemble upper from lower

  15. Remove Motherboard Module 1. Fetch DC-in cable as below picture sequence from cable slot 2 1 3 4

  16. Remove Motherboard Module 2. Remove 1pcs screw (M2.5*6) from M/B, remove 1pcs screw (M2.0*4) then disassemble USB board from the lower by pull out cable from M/B side CONN. Disassemble FAN from the M/B by remove 2pcs screw(M2.0*3)

  17. Disassembly LCD Module M2*4 3 4 2 1 Hook disassemble sequence M2*4 M2*4 1. Remove screws then disassemble bezel from cover Remove 2 screws which fix panel to cover

  18. Disassembly LCD Module M2*3 2. Disassemble LCD from cover then pull out LVDS CONN from panel Remove hinge 4pcs screws from panel body
