  4. Figure Skating Figure skating is a sport which can be performed solo, in a duo or groups. Figure skating is performed in an ice rink and the skater is to wear special skates known as figure skates and not ordinary ones. The performance can include spins, lifts, movement around the rink, leaps, jumps, death jumps(and/or spirals) and much, much more. The death spiral is required to have a pair of skaters with the males toe anchored in the ice. Holding his hand, the female circles her partner on a sharp edge with he body almost parallel with the ice. In 2011 there was a requirement introduced that the lady’s head must at some time in the skate have her head must reach the level of her skating knee for it to be counted.

Perhaps some sound would be good too. • Some spelling mistakes to fix, look for the S boxes and fix, then resave into Collaboration folder. • You also need to cite where the information came from.
