-Chamber ports;

*Reduce the number of flanges from 17 to 12 and view-ports from 9 to 3.

-Level;

*Lower mounting surface.

-Linear stage;

*Change 5TPI ball-screw to 50TPI standard screw in order to stop possible movement during power failure.

*Add detent for firm attachment.

-Range: 0-6 degrees.

-Center: 3 degrees

-Grating angular travel;

*increase range by 1.0 degree and move center by 0.5 degrees.

-Range: 0-10 degrees.

-Center: 5 degrees

( Zero degrees was added for alignment purposes )
