Cassava Value Chain Linkages • Aim at: • Getting an in depth understanding of the cassava production and marketing activities of Growers Association in the BrongAhafo region Quality requirements: • Rotten roots are not sold at all • Sizeable roots are preferred by processors • Improved varieties have better outturn • Roots are harvested on the day of transaction • Certification not required
