  1. Parallelograms With: Clinton Rooker Josh Harris Chandler Anschutz Robyn Brown Peter Conigliaro

  2. Identifying Special Qualities • The most known quality of a parallelogram is that the opposite sides are parallel. • Another is that the diagonals bisect. • The opposite angles are congruent. • The consecutive angles of the parallelogram are supplementary. • The adjacent angles of this figure must add up to 180 degrees.

  3. Area of a Parallelogram The area of a parallelogram is simple: Base (times) Height Both the base and height are required to be perpendicular, yet the sides are not perpendicular. To help this, you draw a line to represent the height. Height

  4. What other shapes are parallelograms? Quadrilateral • According to the Quadrilateral Hierarchy, • the following are all parallelograms: • Rhombus • Square • Rectangle Kite Trapezoid Parallelogram Iso. Trapezoid Rhombus Rectangle Square

  5. In Conclusion… In conclusion, Parallelograms are included in a wide range of ge0metrical tribulation-like shenanigans!! Thanks for watching…….think about the time you just wasted….just kidding!

  6. A real Conclusion… In real conclusion, Parallelograms are included in many geometrical problems. Like all quadrilaterals, Parallelograms have very unique characteristics.
