Usulan Anggaran disesuaikan dengan kemampuan menyediakan dana pendamping Kualitas Lulusan rendah Kemampuan men-generate revenue sebanding dengan Kemampuan disbursement anggaran Anggaran yg diusulkan Rp. 400 juta x 100/8 = Rp. 5 milyar equivalent dng US$ 555.556 dng kurs US$ 1 = Rp. 9.000 PenyusunanUsulan Anggaran • Kapasitas/Kemampuan Institusi dalam • Mengoperasionalkan institusi • Men-generate revenue/income Contoh : Kemampuan men- generate revenue Rp. 100 juta/thn atau Rp. 400 juta/4 thn
