  1. Objective: • Increase and measure the awareness among individuals and corporates about environment and to motivate them for green initiatives and in turn felicitate them with the benefits under green economy (e. g. discount on green products) • Solution: • A software application “EQApp” used to measure/quantize the awareness and progress of an individual and corporates based upon environmental knowledge and real time green activities using an generic unit called “Environmental Quotient” (EQ) • Greater the EQ, greater would be the benefits obtained • Implementation: • EQApp would be open source (freeware) • Every time, out of self-motivation, individuals will use EQApp to increase their EQ • Corporates will install EQApp on every machine of employee and it will run at least once a day to upgrade EQ of each of them and in turn to increase corporate EQ • Can be launched with any social networking site or company internal portal
