TimelineIRC & #GivingTuesdayNL • June - July 2019  • Develop campaign goals and plan – in progress  • Identify influencers and start reaching out   • August 2019  • Develop outputs (social media cards, key messages, videos etc.) - colleagues visiting countries collect stories • Create Trello calendar and schedule overview for pre campaign communications, the 3rd of December and after   • September 2019  • Write and share news item on IRC`s website, promote this on social media  • October / November 2019  • Write and share blog about preparations on IRC`s website, promote this on social media   • Invite people and organisations to participate and share news item / blog through IRC`s newsletter, Amplify in November  • End of November / December 2019  • Start sharing 1-2 messages per day about #GivingTuesday #GivingTuesdayNL • Giving Tuesday pass notes series on website and social media  • 3 December 2019 - #GivingTuesdayNL #GivingTuesday • Pre-schedule all posts that can be prepared in advance   • Increase activity by sharing livestreams of Radiothon • Be reactive: engage with people online   • 4,5, 6 December 2019  • Thank you card!  • Post Giving Tuesday – write about the experience in blog on website + makeconnection with upcoming holidays.
