  3. What is addiction? • Addiction is the continued use of a mood altering substance or behavior despite adverse consequences,or a neurological impairment leading to such behaviors.

  4. What are they? • Addictions can include, but are not limited to, drug abuse, exercise addiction, sexual addiction and gambling.

  5. What are the consequences? • Classic hallmark of addiction include impaired control over Substances or behavior, preoccupation with substance or behavior, Despite Continued use Consequences, and denial.

  6.   What is leisure time? • Leisure, or free time, is time spent away from business, work, and domestic chores. It also excludes time spent on activities Necessary Such as eating, sleeping and shall where it is compulsory, education.

  7. Does leisure time stopping bad habits? • I consider - yes! Because if you are a smoker - sigareta leave the house if I have a problem with alcohol - not to take alcohol, drugs - and not to take any other addictive leave elsewhere.
