  2. About PCOP Students • Only students in one of our SELECTIVE programs may participate. • MS in Physiology • ROSE • Dual Admissions (BS/MD) • Biomedical Engineering • Motivated and Mature • Trained and Screened (HIPAA, Professionalism, Letter of Recommendation)

  3. About our program • Students come to us (not you) • We prepare the student for the experience • We collect information about the student and give it to you • Resume • Photo • Letter of recommendation • We handle all of the logistics with you or your support staff • TB tests (and others if needed) • Matching schedules • Providing directions and instructions to students

  4. What we need from you • Enthusiastic sharing NOT teaching • Minimal feedback about the students (not lengthy evaluations) • 4-6, four hour shadowing shifts per student (1-3 students / yr) • Communication via email, fax, phone, or through your support person
