  9. Rainey Endowed School Contingency Planning • Two closed, standardised reasoning papers • Multiple-choice in nature • Answered on OMR sheets • Marked externally • Saturday morning (2 x 50 min + break)

Rainey Endowed School Contingency Planning • Aptitude Test requires literacy and numeracy knowledge, skills and understanding, but is notcontent based. • No need for additional teaching beyond learning experiences which are an integral part of education in the Revised Curriculum at Key Stage 2.

  13. Rainey Endowed School Contingency Planning • A mark score for each candidate will be communicated to parents beforeapplications are required by ELBs. • A remark facility is available. • Mark score will be taken into consideration in the context of the published admissions procedures.
